All services listed on the price list are charged. All income acquired through the offering of services are used to settle the expenses of maintaining the House and its projects. The Peace Flame House, as a facility, has been given to our association to be maintained and it represents a gift to the community of Tuzla. This is why, when using the House’s services, the price for the facility is not included.
Nevertheless, the House needs to function, needs to be maintained and needs to continually have an offer of activities. The House’s functioning covers operational costs, which are planned for 2007 as follows:

If the facility and equipment were not treated as a gift, and if these costs were included in the price of using the services of our association, the mentioned amount of annual expenses would be enlarged by 150.000 € a year.
Therefore, in order to use our services, we ask of the user a contribution to cover operational costs.

THE RENTING OF ROOMS AND ACCOMPANYING
EQUIPMENT
Theater room
The price is 10 € per hour.
Because of the expenses that the association is faced with when
preparing and cleaning up the room every time it is used, the
initial price for the usage of this room is 30 €.
In this price, with the preparation and cleaning afterwards, the
first three hours of usage are included.
Hallway
The price is 10 € per hour.
In the case that the user is renting some other room, and uses the
hallway in intermissions etc., the price for the hallway is not
included in the price for the rooms.
Other rooms
The price is 8 € per hour.
The price for using the rooms during off-hours goes up by
50%.
Projector
The price is 10 € a day.
Acoustics and lighting
The price for the acoustics is 10 € per hour, and
50 € for up to 8 hours during one day. The price
for lighting is 65 € per hour. The mentioned
amounts are for when the equipment is used on the premises of the
Association and it includes the service of the technical
operators.
If the equipment is used outside of the premises of the
association, it is necessary to use the services of the
Association’s technical operators, and cover their per-diems.

Coffee - 0.5 €

Filming
The prices include technician, equipment and materials. Prices
cover one hour of work, if not listed differently.

If the user does not have a written scenario for the editing of the
material, to the mentioned prices 150 € is added
for every separate work.
The mentioned prices may change in cases of co-production.
SALES OF THE ASSOCIATION’S PRODUCTS AND AGENCY IN
SALES
Postcard - 0.5 €
The price for the agency in the sales of articles created by other
organizations and individuals is 20% on the price of the
manufacturer.
